Crossroads Robotics Alliance

We've got some great FIRST teams in our neck of the woods.
But we all have gaps: skills & expertise we would benefit from, equipment we wish we had, cultural hurdles to overcome, and operational details we struggle with. And there are plenty of kids out there who would love to be on a team but don't have one nearby or the support to get one started.

Crossroads Robotics Alliance is how we're changing that.

We're a grassroots community of mentors, parents, and supporters from Tippecanoe, White, Carroll, Clinton, Montgomery, Fountain, Warren, and Benton Counties coming together to share what we know, lift each other up, and make sure more kids across the region get access to high-quality FIRST programs.

What We're Building

Support for Mentors at Every Level

Training resources, mentor retreats, and open communication channels where mentors can share their wisdom and learn together.

More Opportunities for Students

Collaborative cross-team workshops, leadership training, and shared resources that help students learn from each other across programs and communities.

Pathways for New Teams

Connecting new teams and the people that want to start them with mentors, resources, and the support they need to successfully get off to a strong start.

Shared Resources That Make Us All Stronger

Working together toward bigger wins — practice fields, equipment, funding, facilities — that individual teams struggle to come up with alone.

Connections to a Larger Community
